Preparation Time : 10 mins Cooking Time : 3 mins
Ingredients:
1 cup white rice
1/4 cup parboiled rice
1/4 cup grated coconut
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
oil
Method:
1. Soak white rice and parboiled rice for 7 hours.
2. In a blender add soaked both types of rice, salt, grated coconut and 1/2 cup of water. Make a fine paste.
3. Now add remaining water to the batter. Mix well.
4. Heat griddle or flat-pan.
5. Add little oil. Pour one ladle batter and spread the batter once.
6. Cook on both sides.
7. Serve with stew or chutney.
Note: Fermentation is not required.
