Sindhi Kadhi / Sindhi Curry



                                                                  Yield : 4
       Preparation Time : 7 mins                                                            Cooking Time : 27 mins

Ingredients :
1 drumstick chopped into 5 pieces
5 cluster beans / gavar
1 potato chopped into long slices
5 okra
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 tsp chilly powder
3/4 tsp salt
2 cups hot water or hot vegetable stock
1/2 cup tomato puree
4 tbsp chickpea flour / besan
2 tsp oil or ghee
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
5 fenugreek seeds

Method:
1. Heat  a pan. Add oil or ghee. Put cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds. Fry for 10 seconds.


2. Now add chickpea flour. Fry till forms golden.



3. Pour hot water or hot vegetable stock. Mix well. Cook for 2 mins.


4. Add all vegetables and salt. Allow to cook.
5. Now add turmeric powder, chilly powder and tomato puree. Cook for another 5 mins.




6. Enjoy with rice.
