Preparation Time : 25 mins Cooking Time : 3 to 4 mins
Ingredients :
3/4 cup cream of rice / Idli rawa
1/4 cup semolina
1 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 cup water (as required)
1 tsp chopped chilly
1 tbsp grated coconut
1 tbsp clarified butter (ghee)
Method :
1. In a bowl add all ingredients (except ghee). Mix well. Keep it aside for 20 mins.
2. If batter is too thick pour some water (batter should be similar to idli batter consistency).
3. Heat a griddle. Add little clarified butter (ghee).
4. Pour a ladle of thick batter. Spread the batter.
5. Sprinkle ghee on top. Cook on both sides.
6. Serve with chutney.
