Mushroom Tawa Masala

Preparation Time : 10 mins                                                                   Cooking Time : 20 mins

Ingredients :
400 g sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp oil
1 salt
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
5 curry leaves
1/2 tsp chilly powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 chopped garlic cloves
1/2 tsp chopped ginger
1 chopped onion
3/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp chilly sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1/2 cup tomato puree
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1/4 cup water
1 tsp soya sauce

Method :
1. Heat a pan. Pour oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves for tempering.
2. Now add chopped garlic pieces and ginger. Fry for 2 mins.


3. Add chopped onion. Fry for 3 mins.
4. Pour tomato puree and turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala, cumin powder and coriander powder. Fry for a minute.


5. Put chilly sauce, soya sauce, salt and tomato sauce. Fry for 10 seconds.


6. Pour water and cook for 5 mins.


7. Add sliced mushrooms and cook till all water evaporates. Garnish with coriander leaves.





8. Serve with rice or Indian bread.
