Ingredients :
1 cup rice
1 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp cumin seeds
5 curry leaves
3 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 cup chopped cabbage
2 cups water
Method:
1. Heat a pan. Add oil. Put mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves for tempering.
2. Add chopped cabbage, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, and lemon juice. Cook for 5 mins.
3. Now add washed rice, and water. Mix well.
4. Once rice is fully cooked, garnish with coriander leaves.
