Buttermilk-Coconut Dosa/Pancakes




Recipe Type : Indian                                                                                 Yield : 12 nos.
Preparation Time : 5 mins                                                                        Cooking Time : 3 mins

Ingredients:
1 cup white rice (soak in water for 3 hours)
1/2 cup grated coconut
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp salt

Method:
1. In blender add all ingredients. Make a fine paste.
2. Batter should be in semi medium consistency.
3. Heat a griddle (flat-pan). Pour little oil.
4. Pour one ladle of batter. Spread the batter once.



5. Cook dosa on both sides.


6. Serve with curry or chutney.

Note: 
Fermentation is not required
While cooking dosa, if dosa starts breaking pour some more buttermilk.
