Ingredients :
3 potatoes (peeled and chopped into long slices)
3/4 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp salt
pinch of asafoetida
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
4 crushed garlic cloves
2 tsp oil
1/4 tsp tamarind paste
Method:
1. Heat a pan. Add oil. Put crushed garlic cloves. Fry till golden color.
2. Now add chopped potatoes, salt, water, chilly powder, asafoetida, tamarind paste, and turmeric powder. Allow to cook.
