Preparation Time: 10 mins Cooking Time: 12 mins
Ingredients:
20 small pieces of pumpkin
2 Byadagi chillies
1 tsp of mustard seeds
2 tsp of oil
5 curry leaves
3/4 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of grated coconut
1/2 cup of water
1/2 tsp of asafoetida
Method:
1. Heat a sauce pan. Add oil. Put mustard seeds, Byadagi chilies, asafoetida and curry leaves for tempering.
2. Now put chopped pumpkin pieces, salt and water. Cover pan with a lid and cook for 10 mins.
3. Finally add grated coconut. Mix well. Cook for 2 more mins.
