Eggless wheat flour banana loaf



Preparation time: 10 mins                                                     Baking time: 40 mins

Ingredients:
1/4 cup of milk
2 bananas
11/2 wheat flour
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp raisins
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
1/2 cup canola oil
3/4 cup sugar

Method:
1. Preheat oven for 350 F.
2. Grease pan and keep aside.



3. In a blender jar add 2 bananas and half cup of sugar. Blend and make a paste.





4. Add this mixture in a bowl.


5. Pour vanilla essence, milk and canola oil. Put chopped walnuts and raisins. Mix well.




                                                     Wet ingredients

6. Sieve baking powder, baking soda and wheat flour into another bowl. Mix well.



Dry Ingredients

7. Now mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Mix well.






8. Pour this batter into the pan.


9. Put in oven for 40 mins at 350 F or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.


10. Allow to cool for 20 mins. Cut the bread loaf into thin slices and serve.




Note: 
1. Preheat oven at 350 F and keep it ready.
2. Prepare the batter and put it in oven without delay. 
3. Don't open the oven door while baking for 40 mins.
