Ingredients:
3 cooked potatoes
2 tomatoes
4 Byadagi chilies
1/2 cup of grated coconut
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
5 curry leaves
2 tsp oil
2 tsp coriander seeds
2 cups of water
1/4 cup of peas
Method:
For masala: Grind grated coconut, dry fried Byadagi chilies and coriander seeds to make a fine paste.
1. Heat a sauce pan. Add mustard seeds. Pour oil, and curry leaves for tempering.
2. Now add chopped tomatoes. Fry for 3 mins.
3. Add ground masala, peas, salt and water. Cook for 10 mins.
4. Finally add cooked potatoes. Cook for 5 mins.
