Ingredients:
1 and half cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
water
1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp carom seeds (ajwain seeds)
3/4 tsp salt
Method:
1. In a bowl add all ingredients. Mix well. Pour water as required to form a dough.
2. Prepare medium sized dough balls.
3. Use the rolling pin to flatten each dough ball into round shapes.
4. Heat a flat-pan. Apply butter or oil and place the roti. Fry it on the pan.
5. Cook on both sides.
6. Serve hot roti with curd, chundo or chutney.
