Ingredients :
1 zucchini
1 potato
water
salt
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
pinch of asafoetida
1 tbsp grated coconut
1 green chilly
2 tsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp urad dal
1 tsp chana dal
5 curry leaves
Method :
1. Heat a pan. Add oil, mustard seeds, chana dal, cumin seeds, urad dal and curry leaves for tempering.
2. Add chopped zucchini, potato, green chilly, and grated coconut.
3. Sprinkle salt. Add water. Cook until it's done.
