Garlic Rice




Recipe Type : Indian                                                                                   Yield : 3
Preparation Time : 5 mins                                                                          Cooking Time : 30 mins

Ingredients:
1 cup rice
water
coriander leaves
salt
1 tsp chilly powder
6 crushed garlic cloves
1 tbsp oil

Method :
1. Prepare rice and keep aside.
2. Add oil, and crushed garlic cloves. Fry for few minutes.
3. Now add cooked rice, salt and chilly powder. Mix well.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves.
