Ingredients:
1 cup rice
4 tbsp oats flour
water
salt
2 tbsp grated coconut
oil
Method :
1. In a mixer jar add soaked rice, water and grated coconut. Grind to fine paste.
2. In a bowl pour ground batter. Add salt, water (as required) and oats flour. Mix well.
3. Heat a pan. Sprinkle little oil.
4. Pour batter. Spread batter. Cook dosa on both sides.
5. Serve with chutney.
