Ingredients :
500g cluster beans/gavar
1 tomato
1 tsp Kolhapuri masala
salt
water
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
5 curry leaves
Method :
1. Heat a pan. Add oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves for tempering.
2. Put chopped tomato. Fry for 2 mins.
3. Add chopped cluster beans, salt, Kolhapuri masala and water. Cover pan with lid.
4. Cook until it's done. Serve with rice or Indian roti.
