Ingredients:
3/4 cup quinoa
1/2 cup rice
salt
water
oil for frying
Method:
1. Soak rice and quinoa in water for 4 hrs.
2. Grind soaked rice and quinoa, adding little water. Make a fine paste.
3. In a bowl add batter, salt and water. Prepare batter with medium consistency.
4. Heat a griddle. Sprinkle little oil.
5. Pour one ladle of batter. Spread it.
6. Cook pancake on both sides.
7. Serve with chutney or curry.
