Mango Kulfi



Recipe Type : Indian                                                                    Yield : count of 12
Preparation Time : 10 mins                                                           

Ingredients :
1 and half cups milk
1/2 cup fresh cream or whipped cream
3 mangoes chopped
1/2 tsp crushed cardamom powder
1/4 tsp crushed saffron
400g sweetened condensed milk

Method :
1. In a mixer jar add chopped mangoes, milk and condensed milk.


2. Add fresh cream or whipped cream. Mix well.


3. Put cardamom powder and saffron powder. Mix well.



4. In a mold pour mixture.



5. Freeze for 5 hours or until it's set.
