Ingredients :
1 cup white rice + 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds (soaked for 2 hrs)
1/2 cup thin poha
1/4 cup fresh grated coconut
1 cucumber
1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
Method :
1. In a bowl put thin poha, and 1/4 cup of water. Soak it for 2 mins.
2. In a blender add soaked white rice, peeled-chopped cucumber, fenugreek seeds, 1/4 cup of water, and grated coconut. Make a fine paste. Now add soaked thin poha and 1/4 cup of water. Make a fine paste.
3. Batter should be thick. Add salt. Mix well. Ferment batter for 5 to 6 hours.5. Heat a flat-pan (tawa). Pour one ladle of batter to make dosa. Cook for 2 mins.
6. Serve hot dosa with chutney, butter or sambar.
