Ingredients:
12 cauliflower florets
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green chilly
2 Byadagi chilies
1 tomato
1 red onion
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
3 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1 tsp ginger chopped
6 curry leaves
1 tsp salt
Method:
1. Heat a pan and set it to low flame. Pour oil. Put 2 Byadagi chilies.
2. Now add cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
3. Add chopped ginger and garlic. Fry for 2 mins.
4. Next add chopped green chilly and sliced onion. Fry for 2 mins.
5. Pour tomato puree, garam masala, red chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Cook for 3 mins.
6. Add cauliflower florets, yellow and green bell pepper. Cover pan with a lid. Cook for 10 more mins.
7. Serve with roti, phulka or rice.
