Ingredients :
1 tomato
3 Byadagi chilies
1/2 inch ginger
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
3 curry leaves
1/2 cup grated coconut
1 tbsp roasted gram (hurigadale) (optional)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp water
Method:
1. In a blender add roasted gram, tomato, ginger, salt, Byadagi chilies, grated coconut and 1 tbsp water. Make a fine paste.
2. Heat a pan. Add oil. Put mustard seeds and curry leaves for tempering.
3. In a bowl add ground mixture, tempered mustard seeds and curry leaves. Mix well.
