1. Dry ingredients:
One and 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Baking powder
4 tbsp powdered sugar
Mix well all the ingredients and sieve it.
2. Wet Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup canola oil
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp orange zest
3/4 cup condensed milk
Mix all wet ingredients together.
Additional Ingredients :
2 tsp butter
3 tbsp fruit jam
15 almond slices
3. Now mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients. Remove all clumps. Mix well.
4. Preheat oven for 350 degree F.
5. Grease the pan with butter, and place the butter paper.
6. Pour the batter into the pan.
7. Bake for 36 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean when pricked into the cake.
8. Let it cool for 15 mins.

For decoration:
9. Heat a pan. Put fruit jam. Allow it to melt.10. Spread the jam on top of the cake.
11. Decorate with sliced almonds.
