Ingredients:
250g paneer (cut into square shapes)
2 yellow bell pepper (cut into square shapes)
1 red bell pepper (cut into square shapes)
1 green pepper (cut into square shapes)
2 tomatoes chopped
2 tomatoes (cut into square shapes)
1 onions (cut into square shapes)
1 onion chopped
1 cup curd
2 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 big cardamom
2 bay leaves
2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup cream
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi leaves)
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup coriander leaves
Method:
1. In a bowl pour curd, 1 tbsp kasuri methi leaves, lemon juice, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chilly powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste and 1/2 tsp garam masala. Mix well.
2. Now add cut pieces of paneer, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, tomato, onion. Mix well. Keep this mixture aside for marination (15mins).
4. Heat a pan. Pour oil.
5. Add cumin seeds, bay leaves, and big cardamom. Fry for 2 mins.
6. Now add ginger-garlic paste. Fry for 1 minute.
7. Put chopped onion. Fry for 3 mins.
8. Now put chopped tomatoes. Cook for 6 mins.
9. Now add remaining garam masala, chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and kasuri methi. Fry for 2 mins.
10. Pour cream. Add salt. Cook for 2 more mins.
11. Add fried paneer, bell pepper, onion and tomato. Mix well. Cook for 5 more mins.
12. Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
