Ingredients:
1 cup sorghum flour (jowar flour)
4 tbsp rava
2 tbsp butter
salt
1tbsp jaggery
4 tbsp grated cucumber
1 tsp grated ginger
1 chopped green chilly
1 and 1/2 cup water (as required)
Method :
1. In a bowl add all ingredients (except butter). Mix well.
2. Batter should be in pouring consistency.
3. Heat a griddle. Pour one ladle of batter.
4. Put some butter on top of pancake. Cook pancake on both sides.
