Preparation Time: 10 mins Cooking Time: 20 mins
Ingredients:
1 bunch of Swiss chard
1/2 tsp salt
2 Byadagi chilies
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
6 curry leaves
2 tsp grated coconut
1/4 cup water
Method:
1. Heat a pan. Add oil. Put mustard seeds, Byadagi chilies and curry leaves for tempering.
2. Add chopped Swiss chard, salt and water. Cook for 15 mins.
3. Finally add grated coconut. Mix well. Cook for 2 mins.
