Ingredients:
2 zucchini
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp red pepper flax
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp oil
200g mushrooms
Method:
1. Heat a nonstick pan. Add oil. Put chopped garlic cloves. Fry for 2 mins.
2. Add chopped zucchini, chopped mushrooms, salt and crushed red pepper. Fry for 5 mins.
