Ingredients:
800g Baby spinach
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp salt
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Method:
1. Heat a nonstick pan. Add oil. Put chopped garlic pieces. Fry for 2 mins.
2. Add cumin seeds. Fry for 1min. Add spinach, salt and crushed red pepper. Mix well. Fry for 1 min. Switch off gas.
